Aims at the problems that have been found,this paper forwards a IS(information system) evaluation index system that takes different stages,names before,in the midst of,after the construction into account.This index system follows plan and analysis,construction and deployment,application and development closely,and is expected to maximize the value of an IS.Furthermore,this paper go on to discuss the design and implement of a supporting system of IS evaluation.
