Multi-label Learning in Drug Target Prediction

One important problem in drug discovery is the prediction of the biomolecular targets that can interact with a test compound. In this thesis, we develop techniques and propose methods to approach multi-label target prediction in drug discovery and deal with the limitation of data incompleteness.
