New TETRA Trunked Queue Management Method

This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of additive increase and multiplicative decrease control mechanism and proportional fair schedule on TETRA trunked network,and it finds that the additive increase and multiplicative decrease scheme of TCP can degrade QoS performance of TETRA trunked system.For solving this problem,it puts forward a new TETRA trunked queue management method,and designs a queue management counter based on dynamic starting mechanism to manage queue based on average channel quality.The effectiveness of the method on TETRA trunked network is demonstrated by simulation.
