Peasant Workers' Ideological and Political Work Should Highlight "3 Equals"

After the reform of state-owned coal enterprises' system of personnel placement,a large number of farmers have been integrated into the mine building,according to the Constitution of the PRC on the fundamental rights of the citizens,in order to fully mobilize citizens' enthusiasm for production work,the ideological and political work should be started from their living and developmental reality,stressing political equality of treatment,economic equality of treatment and job training opportunities equality.
