Design and Development of the GPS Vehicle Monitoring Manage Center

In order to achieve the purpose of monitoring and dispatching vehicles,this paper describes a method to design and develop the GPS vehicle monitoring management center. The GPS vehicle monitoring management center is a combination of GPS,GIS,GPRS,and includes mainly vehicle terminal and monitoring management center.This system is developed with the VC++ 6.0 and MapX,SQL Server. It transfers the data between the monitoring center and vehicles to monitor vehicles,dispatch vehicle,replay trace and carries alarm management with GPRS communication module.
