Design of the experiment′s capacity must be workedout before determining the testing method, and the property, goal and requirement of different experiments all the playing main roles The classical experiment′s design is based on a large capacity, but there are the case based on some small capacity in the real condition So the classical method is unsuitable to the case of a small capacity The theory of Bayes based on the small capacity offers the way to solve this problem However, the calculation of Bayes and the obtaining of messages before being tested depend on a lot of calculation So,it is very important to select the tool of calculation,which offers a simple, useful and friendly users′ desk and the efficient way of analysis
