Comparation analysis of different compensation methods of pressure sensor

The offset thermal drift of pressure sensor is influenced by piezoresistor mismatch and its leakage current in practical application.They affect the measurement accuracy of pressure sensor.So,the offset thermal drift of pressure sensor is a serious problem that must be solved.We used varied kind of arithmetic methods that are programmed on computer.The calculation results show that both the method based on minimum two multiplication principle and the method based on artificial neural network can develop the accuracy of pressure sensor.The method based on minimum two multiplication principle is simple and fast,while the method based on artificial neural network has a higher accuracy but it is more complicated.In practical application,every method should be adopted.
