Comments on Performance Quantification Check-up System

Points out the limitation exists in the sheer quantification check-up system and it is short of humanity management.Considers that a successful manager should get the union of rational quantification check-up system and perceptual humanity check-up system,and must know how to enrich the system in order to enhance the subjectivity of the employees and the working efficiency.
