By integrating the Location Based Service(LBS) and communication technologies,considering the characteristic of the mobile signal not fully covered in the forest area,this paper proposed a solution for building a forest fire prevention scheduling system based on multiple-terminal locating and communicating techniques.The proposed system solves the problem of blocked communication and information transmission due to the poor coverage signal in the forest area,and provides a comprehensive solution for the commanding and scheduling of forest fire prevention.
