Design and Implementation for the Platform of Valued-Added Service Based on USSD and SMS

SMS and USSD , the two typical data services of GSM network, are increasingly being favored by telecommunication service providers. The basic principles of SMS and USSD are introduced, and the design idea and project of platform based on USSD and SMS are put forward. The platform fully exploits and displays both SMS and USSD advantages, hence, convenient and efficient service for mobile user.
