A Tentative Probe into the Party Construction of Postgraduate Students in Graduating Classes

Various kinds of problems exist in Party construction for postgraduate student in graduating class: short period,heavy-burden task for new Party member developing,and the high Party members' mobility.What's more,the Party members are also suffering great pressures from study,daily life and future employment.In order to perfect the relations between Party construction system and graduate training system,a lot of hard work still need to be done.Therefore,the workers of Party construction in university should wisely look into good idea,carrier,method of working,training target and so on,finally deal with these problems by brand-new form,specialized team,complete and scientific system,and advanced technics.
