Design and Implementation of Intelligent Terminal System for Collecting Animal Epidemic Disease Data

As reporting animal epidemic disease information to government was not timely and lacked support of effective terminal devices,a portable intelligent terminal system for quickly collecting animal epidemic disease information was developed.This system integrated many modern communication techniques,such as embedded GIS real time position,wireless telecommunication,video capture and barcode recognition technology.The most important research is customizable technology based on disease onsite treatment,collecting the animal disease information quickly and storing data dynamically,promoting the information utilization efficiency and reducing information collection costs,providing effective information for animal epidemic disease control and prevent system in time.
