Bandgap Reference Circuit Based on Switched-Capacitor
Bo Zhang · 2007
A switched-capacitor bandgap reference source was designed,in which a switched-capacitor amplifier was used to reduce op-amp input offset voltage, and base current cancellation and dummy transistors were also adopted to reduce PTAT voltage errors and parasitic effects when switches were off.Simulation results show that the proposed reference source, which is also a discrete-time reference, exhibits good temperature coefficient and line regulation.
