Building ontology concept hierarchy by restrict relations of concept attribute

Building ontology concept hierarchy is a important task of ontology engineering.This paper analyzes the restrict relations of ontology concepts attribute,uses bull function to derivate the existence restrictions of concept attribute and proposes a method of building ontology concept hierarchy according to the existence restrict relations of concepts attribute.At same time,an algorithm of maintaining ontology hierarchy is supposed based on it.
