Text Mining and Its Applications in Intercultural Collaboration Environment

Intercultural Collaboration Environment(ICE) is an international project on which quite a few Asian universities collaborate.It aims to exploit an online translation platform which enables communication with different languages.In view of the poor comprehensibility of the translation of the translation software,AnnoChat,the article proposed that the text-mining technology should be applied to improve the comprehensibility of the translation of AnnoChat.The article introduces a model in which by using the text-mining technology knowledge mode is generated through mining the contents of clients' conversations.The mined knowledge is used to revise and refine Ontology.In this model,in order to mine correctly clients' semantics of conversational text,the individualized knowledge database is added to revise the mined knowledge.
