An improved error minimizing based extreme learning machine

The paper proposed an improved EM_ELM based on the error minimized extreme learning machine( EM_ELM). The input weights and the bias of the hidden nodes are obtained by recursive least square method. The experiments show that,this method has faster learning speed,better prediction accuracy and more compact network structure than other growth algorithms on ELM.
