Liquid level measuring system with capacitive differential pressure sensor

A novel digital system for measuring the liquid level is proposed. The system applies the capacitive differential pressure sensitive element to convert the liquid level into the capacity.And C/U convertsion circuit is designed;the output of circuit is only related to differential capacity.The experiment results show the solution of measuring system is 1mm and the error of liquid level is ≤5 m.
