Multisensor Data Fusion Algorithm for Target Identification System

Dempster's rule plays a very important role in D-S evidence theory.Therefore,the research in theory of appling Dempster's rule to multisource information fusion is necessary.This paper,based on the analysis of the property of Dempster's rule,proposes a new data fusion algorithm of multisensor in target identification system.The advantages of the algorithm is that Dempster rule only need to be applied one time in the data fusion.
