A Summary of Anomaly Detection for IDS

The dimensions of network is big, and there are lots of attacks threat network security. It is not enough to protect network security justby using Firewall or Virus software. Now, the IDS is ripe, which is an important part of the INFOSEC. This paper focuses on the anomaly detection technics, which is hard-core of the IDS.
