The Flash memory of AT45DB642D and C8051F350 single chip are introduced.AT45DB 642D is selected for Flash memory.The design of audio player takes microcontroller C8051F350 as control central.It gives a detailed statement on the components of the system hardware and design of software.The SPI interface circuit between AT45DB642D memory and single chip is provided.At the same time,the flow chart and some program codes are given.The system features multiple-channel data acquirement,mass storage,nonvolatile data storage.
