The role of keeping away the academic misconducts should be played by the editors of the learned journals

Through an analysis of the causes of repetitive academic misconducts,the article proposes that the editors of the learned journals should sum up experience gained from their work and assume the responsibility of keeping away aca- demic misconducts.Based on their practice,,it also comes up with some ways of keeping away academic misconducts and finally puts forward some suggestions for the editors of the learned journals on how to raise their ability to keep away aca- demic misconducts.
