Semantic web service is a new subject,which is composed of semantic web and web service.In this paper,the use of semantic web ontology technology,taking into account the user to choose to provide the best service and to add semantic description based on the analysis and design of a semantic web service QoS-based ontology model,and ticketing services for example the design of field and semantic description.
