Design and implementation of equipments remote monitoring and management system based on .NET Remoting

Equipment remote monitoring and management system based on .NET Remoting was proposed aiming to the problems and challenges existed in the enterprises' intranet. This system consists of four parts:monitoring and management console,monitoring server, remote monitoring agent and monitoring database. Each module was integrated compatibly to support cross-application domain access and to make remote call local call become consistent.The equipments could enter or quit the system dynamically. This system didn't depend on specific hardware platform with power, efficiency and scalablity by rational design of each module. Application on Tuha oil field showed that it was doing well to meet the requirement of real-time performance, reliability, hidden in remote management.
