On the Training of Student Reportiers of the College Newsper

To strengthen the cultivation of student journalists of college newspaper and periodicals is a key point in the promotion of college propaganda work and the qualities of students. On the basis of stating the necessaries of cultivating student journalists group, this article argues several major approaches from the sides of procedures of selection and cultivation, and man- agement. Finally, the author discusses some important questions on how to shape their good structures on knowledge, ability, and quality during the cultivation.
