Try Discussing the Best Mechanism of Punishing Crime

It is a problem to be considered that how to design the law can decrease behavior of committing a crime within a society's tolerance. The best mechanism of punishing crime is to analyze the problem from the efficiency of economics.This paper comprehensively applies the concepts and methods of economics including supposition of maximizing utility ,homo economics, cost game theory and price theory,and so on,to analyzing standards of the punishment efficiency, optimizing deterrence and the best mechanism of penalty.
