For improving the management efficiency and level of college student,in this paper,according to the demand analysis of the fact and the problems in A college,a college student's management information system of rewards and penalties was developed,and the functional modules were designed.The research completes the student's management in rewards and penalties,and supplies reference value for the further study in this area.
