In order to popularize and apply GPS technology on the vehicle to realize the function of the orientation and navigation and the function of the monitoring, management, in Monitor Control Center, ″Vehicle Orientation and Monitoring Control System Based on the GSM and SMS Communication Method″ are analyzed and researched deeply, especially the project selection based on the GSM, the design and realization method of the handset SMS communication are illuminated in detail, moreover the programme realization technology of the SMS communication is put forward in the PDU mode and in the Text mode.
