Short Message Encryption Scheme Based on Signcryption Algorithm

Combined Tate pairing defined on elliptic curves with hybrid cryptosystem,a new signcryption algorithm is introduced in this paper.The algorithm aggregates key exchanging,signature verifying and data encrypting.Based on the signcryption algorithm and the properties of SMS(short message system),the paper puts forward a novel scheme for SMS encryption.The scheme also can fully resist birthday attack.It is secure and practical.
