On the Relationship between Editorial Behaviors and Academic Article Quality

The article quality of an academic journal does not solely depend upon the efforts of authors,but also has a close relationship with the work on the part of journal editors,who play a crucial role in promoting the article quality.Consequently,the editors involved should work actively to check the article quality against various standards in the preliminary reading,improve the efficiency of manuscripts sent out for peer-reading,and control the quality of editing and correcting,so as to ensure a high quality for academic journals in disseminating scientific knowledge and discoveries.
