The proposed remote monitoring equipment of the B/S structure dynamic information management system based on the system's functional requirements,system architecture and enabling technologies.The system is based on B/S model building to meet the requirements of the Distributed Management;users,roles,permissions,three control strategies to achieve the control of user rights to ensure the security of the system.
