It a new design was proposed to improve the thickness measurement and control problems during the cold-rolled sheet production. The design of thickness control system in the sheet automatic production line. The feedback control system and statistical process control method used for the control system were discussed, which can realize the accurate automatic control of rolled sheet thickness.
