Design of the Hydraulic Measurement and Water Regime Telemetry Scheme of the Bando Hydropower Station

Hydraulic data measurement and hydrologic data telemetry are prerequisites for normal operation of the generator unit.Hydraulic measurement and hydrologic data telemetry scheme of the Banduo Hydropower Station are introduced,and the design characteristics of the system are put forward.Taking PROFIBUS DP network and industrial Ethernet network,hydraulic parameters measurement of the Banduo Hydropower Plant is implemented,and three level of switching technology is adopted to realize the water regime telemetry network encryption.It is easy to realize the multi network integration by configuring PROFIBUS network and industrial Ethernet network based on CPU315 processor with 2 DP interface and one Ethernet interface.In hydraulic measurement,digital and analog two types of sensors are used,mutual backup ensuring reliable operation of system.The virtual VLAN technology is used,considering the information safety,to avoid the network broadcast storm and enhance the information security level.Custom encryption scheme can carry on the reasonable configuration according to need.
