Application of MDA Method in Aircraft/Store Integration

Ding Qibo · Electronics Optics & Control · 2011

This paper provides a process for system development, known as Model Driven Architecture(MDA),which is used for constructing PIMs,from which PSMs and PSIs are derived. The models are represented using the notations known as the UML and AADL.With MDA,the system architecture can be analyzed through many different views and then MDA can be used to transform these high-level models through an automatic code generation process. This paper discusses the current state of aircraft/store integration and how MDA can be used in the integration process to achieve a higher degree of interoperability, then briefly introduces the approach to realize PnPW integration when integrating new weapons onto aircraft.
