Temperature plays an extremely important part in the production of semiconductor. It depends on the themocouple transmitter to detect and control the temperature. The accuracy of temperature not only depends on the principle of detectiong, the type of thermocouple transmitter and detecting equipments, but depends on testing methods as well.
