Based on the requirement of efficient, quickness, and remote interchange with customer, the office system of power plant based on lotus notes platform was designed, in which has the management functions of document, business, privates and information service. The inner information collection, process, flow, interchange, share, and connection with outdoor customer was realized. This system has been successfully applied in several power plants, and has widely application prospect.
