The application of fuzzy comprehensive assessment on teacher's overall qualities evaluation

This paper introduces the theory of developing teacher's quality assessment on the basis of pointing out that the existing method in rewards and punishments teacher's quality assessment is not good enough.We adopt the modern mathematics method Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment and the theory of Level analysis in teacher's overall qualities evaluation process,having confirmed a kind of quantity assessment method,effectively reduced the subjective factors in the course of evaluating,decreased the uncertainty and blindness in the course of evaluating,pointed out the developing direction for the teacher.
