Cross-platform secure application agreement for the insurance information system

The paper elaborates a secure application agreement for insurance information system that realizes communication between Unix and Windows. The insurance business process is completed by the application agreement. Because the technology of verifying identify and data encrypt transport is added into the agreement, data security is implemented.
