Upon reviewing the architecture for the network management system in a mobile computing network system and defining a protocol named SRRP, the scheme which can manage the mobile computing network system is presented to design the management system. Then, the software that follows the scheme is developed. The application test shows that the networks states achieved through the management system have good conformance to its facual states.
