Rightly description of the change phenomena in the public traffic network is the key in the optimization searching arithmetic of public traffic network′s desigh. Analyzed the change styles in the former network and provided a new effictive mean of passenger′s change behavior identification in public traffic which can effectively increase the public traffic channel qurey′s effectiveness and accurancy.
