Application and Research of Project Planning Management in Software Development

Aiming at reducing frequent postponement of software project,the paper applies the theory of project planning management to analysing how to ensure the project completed on time.Focusing on the process of estimating project finish time and constituting project timetable of one Product Data Management(PDM) project,this paper discusses how to distribute resources appropriately and optimize task sequences.It provides a reference to managing and controling software project scientifically.
