Estimation method of software project based on unit measurement

To make full use of history statistics and avoid the shortcomings of LOC(lines of code) estimation and function point estimation,a new estimation method of software project based on unit measurement is presented.Firstly,some measurement items used in the estimation are defined and also their collection method is introduced.Secondly,the use of indicators for data analysis and adjustment of estimation factors are described,which can help to improve the accuracy of estimation.Finally,the method of software project estimation is detailed using operation processes of project.30 actual projects of China manned space program plan are used to validate the method and the result shows it has high accuracy and consistency.
