Design of 3G Video Telephone System Architecture

The architecture of 3G video telephone system design is presented. Based on Windows CE system, integrated VT App, 3G-324M protocol stack, RIL and dual port Ram to realize the complex multi-media system-video telephone design. The operational principle and contrivance are described, and the VT system work flow by analyzing the process of dialing and accepting the call is expatiated.
