The system is centered on project and faced process management. By the request of schedule control, investment control, quality control, safety control and contract management, information management, according to dataflow relationship among department units, the homologous workflow and classification management content is defined. The system consists of four subsystems, including Guang-Dian Power Group Co. Ltd. Power Supply Branch Company. Supervision Company, Construction Company. Three layer management models of micromanagement with Group Co., systematizing and materializing project with Branch Co., supervising and constructing engineering project with supervision company and construction company, are adopted in the system. The management method of centralized management, divided labour and joined, reported class by class, worked cooperatively, is used. By right control, the administrators, according to their duty and right, manage engineering projects and accept higher-up orders.
