The Monthly Runoff Prediction of Zi Ping-pu by Improved Elman Model

The Elman network has a context layer which feeds the hidden-layer output at previous moment back to the hidden-layer current input.This article improves the Elman network.The monthly runoff of the upper reach of the Min-jiang River is examined by improved Elman Network.The result of prediction shows the model is feasible and reasonable.
