A Structure of Autonomous Service Structure Adapt to E-government

To solve the traditional centric service composite can not adapt to the practical application of E-Government,a government workflow ontology which can satisfy actual government need is built and extend web service and community service descriptions combining with agent to make an autonomous service structure.A case shows the structure can add flexibility and autonomous to service and meet the actual needs of government.
