The construction of muddy torrent disaster monitoring and warning system is an effective non-engineering defense in muddy torrent disaster priority control area.Jiaonan is one of the muddy torrent disaster priority control area in Shandong province.Based on the native characteristics and current situation,this text develops a monitoring and warning platform including raining situation,information transmission and long-range control.The platform makes the non-engineering defense to be better and provide a basic guarantee for the economic development of Jiaonan.
