An Kind of Inverse Eigenvalue Problem for Five-Diagonal Matrix

In this paper,a kind of inverse eigenvalue problem which is the reconstruction of real symmetric five-diagonal matrix by four eigenvalues and corresponding eigenvectors is proposed.The solvability of the problem is discussed and some sufficient and necessary Conditwns for existence of solution are given.Furthrmore numerical algorithm and some numerilal experimenes are given.
