Taking a practical designing and developing procedure of Jiangxi local tax collection and administration Information system for example,this paper has done some research about programming model of application program in large Web database system,using struts realization of MVC designing patternto solve the problems on complicated information exchanging among modules,database processing and the problems of developing,joining between different modules.
