Application of Fuzzy Neural Network in Real Estate Sale

Because real estate sale is influenced by many complex factors and complicated subsystems jointly,it is very difficult to predict real estate sale.This article deals with the topic that the new fuzzy neural network theory is used to predict yearly greatest sales volume of houses of some kind of composition in an area by considering the affection from advertisements,geographical positions,government policies and so on.
