iFONA:A BHP Scheduling Algorithm with Low Latency in OBS

In this paper, an algorithm named iFONA (iterative Frame or Not Algorithm) is proposed and discussed. Computer simulation has demonstrated that iFONA owns a better performance of low average BHP latency than that of the classical algorithms such as iSLIP, when BHPs arrive in a bursty manner.
